Professional info

In May 2010 Kamal had to make a decision either to shift his career and join SIGMA Group as a Training Supervisor or to keep his career in Aviation. It didn’t take him too much time to make up his mind, when he knew that his dream of being a well-reputed trainer could be fulfilled if he joined SIGMA. For almost a year, Kamal supported the training team as a training Supervisor.

Now Kamal expanded to several major national & multinational companies like Four Seasons, Advanced Computer Technology (ACT), ZAS Aviation Services, Vodafone International Services (Qatar), Etisalat, Amoun Hotel, Gelipette, Genena Mall & SIGMA Group (pharmaceutical & Media) as well as being the preferred trainer to develop the staff of training providers like Lighthouse Training, El Azhar University, Helwan University & Cairo University. His close work with top management on vision documentation, mission statement development, objectives setting and cascading skills and knowledge to company teams, led to many great business achievements.
